In most cases, we do NOT charge you anything unless we get the data back to you, hence our Motto: "No Data, No Charge." Should the media is requested to be mailed back, instead of being picked up by the owner, a minimum Shipping and Handling fee will be charged. One Exception: if our Data Recovery Specialist determine that the data is recoverable, and the party who requests the Data Recovery Service in the first place decline to continue the recovery process, a minimum of $150 will be charged before the media can be returned to the owner. This is to prevent someone from misusing our "No Data, No Charge" policy. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Fees and Recovery Procedures Policy: All fees and Recovery Procedures are subjected to the Media Owner's Approval via Phone or Email, there will be NO "Surprise Charges".

SAME DAY Ruch Service: We offer Same Day Rush Service for $150 - $250 extra on top of what Regular Service might cost; it is especially designed for those who need their data back the same day or the next day. (The "No Data, No Charge" rule also applies here).

For Clean Room Recoveries, drives might have to be taken apart; and if you want to get your original device(s) back, there is extra $60 to cover re-assembling and S/H cost (but you don't have to pay for this if you only need the data back, and not the already defected device(s) in the first place, which is the case for most of our clients).

Things to do to speed up your Data Recovery : 1) Before or after you call us for quotes, email us at Help@TopGunPC.com the info of your Hard Drive (the Model #, part #, year it was made, and how it got damaged or inaccessible, so we can search our inventory for parts right away); the type of files or folders that you want to recover, the files' extensions, for example, the extension for MS-Word documents is .doc; the name of the programs that can open these file types / extensions; 2) The Operating System you're running, Windows (what version or variation) or otherwise; the size of the Drive and the size of data you want to get back; 3) It will be very helpful if you can manage to find an identical drive (same brand name, same model, same size, etc) as of your damaged drive, so that we can use it as a recovery medium, in case we do not have that particular model in our large but incomplete inventory (impossible for any D.R. company to have all the drives that's ever produced).
